We therefore use the synonymous pair of terms \u201cright of withdrawal (right of rescission).\u201d In the notice of withdrawal, only the term \u201cright of withdrawal\u201d is used. This is synonymous with the Austrian term \u201cright of rescission.\u201d   <\/p><h3><strong>Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h3><p dir=\"ltr\">You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.  <\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">You must return the goods immediately, and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract, to<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Jalits KG, Untere Dorfstra\u00dfe 18, 7512 Badersdorf, Austria<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">return or hand over.
